One lady who has been very instrumental in this system is Jane Elliot. Ms. Elliot was a third grade trainer during the time that Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. After this traumatic event occurred, it became her terminus to teach her students a concrete lesson on the meaning of discrimination.
